Communication is a very significant component in a successful organization. Communication must be used by managers to assist them in performing their jobs and responsibilities. Essential information must be communicated to managers, and furthermore communicated via the managers to be implemented. Organization also requires communication to effectively communicate with others about the job or task. Managers must communicate with employees in order to achieve team goals. Cooperation in the workplace can distinguish whether an organization is successful or not. In a cooperation-rich work place, employees actively and voluntarily engage in open communication. Everyone works together to reduce arguments as much as possible. Employees endeavor to prevent problems before they have the chance to arise. When everyone works together, this increases the efficiency of the organization by reducing the time it takes to complete tasks by resolving conflicts quickly to save time and focus on the task. When arguments prevail this creates an un-enjoyable environment and distracts employees from their task.
St Andrew's Catholic College has a cooperate-rich workplace. It is a close net Catholic Community that look after one another to create a safe and positive environment. Success is endured in the College through by teachers and management working together to minimize any disputes or discomfort through strong relationships.
